Terms of Use

ASOHawk is provided to help iOS developers track and improve their App Store presence. You need an account to use it, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any connected API keys secure.

ASOHawk is currently in private beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product matures, and we will tell you before anything that affects your existing workspace changes materially.

You keep ownership of the app data, keyword lists, and any credentials you add to your workspace. You grant us the permission needed to store and process that data to operate the product for you, and to use it in de-identified, aggregated form as described in "Use of connected data" below. We do not use it for any other purpose.

You are responsible for having the right to connect any App Store Connect, Google Analytics, or other third-party account you link. Do not connect credentials you are not authorized to use.

By connecting a third-party account such as App Store Connect to ASOHawk, you authorize us to access and use the resulting data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes using your data in de-identified, aggregated form, combined with data from other workspaces so that your individual data is not identifiable, to calibrate and improve ASOHawk algorithms, including the download and revenue estimates. We do not sell your data or disclose your individual figures to other customers.

Do not use ASOHawk to scrape, resell, or redistribute App Store data at a scale that abuses shared infrastructure, to attempt unauthorized access to another workspace, or to send unsolicited bulk email through any connected integration.

If you generate an API key for an AI agent, that key acts on your behalf within the scope you grant it (read-only or read and write). You are responsible for actions your agent takes with that key, and you can revoke it at any time from Settings.

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during the beta period. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when practical.

You can delete your workspace or account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe poses a security risk to other users, and we will explain why when we can.

ASOHawk is provided as-is during the beta period. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
